The Regional Council of the Muslim cult (CRCM) of Brittany will file a complaint after the discovery of anti-Muslim tags Monday in Rennes on the walls of several places of Islamic worship, AFP learned from a source familiar with the matter. Three buildings were targeted by these inscriptions.
The CRCM will file a complaint. "88 Nic les Mus", a smiley with the inscription "go home" and on a third tag religious symbols - Star of David, istian cross, croissant and star - under which is written "No thanks": the tags were discovered by faithful and Muslim leaders in the morning. According to the president of the National Observatory against Islamophobia (ONCI) and delegate of the French Council of Muslim Faith (CFCM) Abdallah Zekri, work to erase the inscriptions was in progress in the afternoon.
