Where does the ”Solution Process” Evolve? Breakdown or Continuation?
Where does the ”Solution Process” Evolve? Breakdown or Continuation?
Our press release, which we prepared recently regarding the process in our country, was submitted to the public by lawyer Mustafa Demiral, UHİM Law Director.
The so-called destructive acts of political and economic goals through asymmetric violence have been one of the most serious issues of the 20th century.  Although it is apparently aimed at achieving social, cultural and political goals, it is often confronted with hostile and profitable rivalries of states.
In other words, the organizations performing terrorist acts, knowingly or unknowingly, can be transformed into a structure that is actually moving in the direction of the accounts of another  focal point. However, the main planners who are looking to the organizations in the background are calculating the political and social engineering calculations of the actions taken. The strategic geography we are in is intended to be controlled by the global forces that claim to have world dominance in every period of history.
For this reason, the Middle East has become the region where terrorist acts have been performed most frequently in the last century. The ethnic and sectarian differences of the people of the region are transformed into differentiation and the environment of chaos is created by terrorist organizations. Thus, efforts are made to prevent the people of the region from attaining prosperity and peace.
Historical experiences show us that the problems of a society can not be solved by external intervention. Turkey also saw this historical fact and  has chosen the way of solving problems and taking political risks by confronting their own realities.
In this context, work began at the level of official discourse in 2009 and since 2013 administrative and legal arrangements have been made. Despite the fact that the whole country, particularly the people of the region, has benefited from the positive achievements of this policy, which is called "the solution process", some forces within and outside the country are willing to terminate the process.
The investments that will increase the quality of life of the region’  have been accelerated with the thought of reaching the final result and the trust between the people and the state has been restored thanks to the improvements realized in social and cultural areas.
These practices have increased the credibility of the solution process and have rendered meaningless the terrorist organisation, which has been subcontracting the global system for many years. The people of the region have also made clear the objection that violence is not a legitimate way, by carrying out civil actions in order to take back their children taken from them by the terrorist organization.
While the troubled state policies have begun to give up, re-attacking and killing movements aim to weaken the link between the people and the state by forcing the state into re-security methods. It seems that there is a fierce competition among frontal organizations between those who want the solution process to reach a permanent result and those who do not.
It seems that there is a fierce competition among those who want the solution process to reach a permanent result and those who do not. It should be known that the global system has long-term accounts for the region, and the process that has taken place in our geography and in our country should be evaluated from this point of view. It can be seen from the PKK’s terrorist acts toward this process which is beneficial to the region and all country, the PKK is the under control of the external powers. While ensuring public security in the region due to increased acts of terrorism, the government should considere not to damage the environment of trust that established between the state and society.
